About us

Our company, Bau.fund Zrt., is a project company created exclusively to finance the Music Academy Apartments project. Our staff has been involved in the preparation and implementation of real estate projects since 1996. We are proud to have been involved in the construction of more than 2,000 apartments between 1996 and 2024, both as our own investors and as contractors.

About the Project

The Music Academy Apartments project is an extension of a condominium building with 14 apartments at the corner of Király and Hársfa streets. A total of 937 m² of saleable floor space will be built between Q1 2025 and Q3 2026, over a period of 18 months. A complete floor will be built on top of the existing building and apartments will be built on the new roof level. The entire classical-style condominium, built around 1890, will be renovated to modern standards, the new apartments will be built in German quality with near-passive house features, using the most advanced structural, insulation, heating, cooling and ventilation technology, in premium quality.

  • As an investor, you can also share in the projected profits, as Bau.Fund Zrt. invests directly in the real estate project to be developed and shares the profits with the community financing partners.

  • The participation of the ECSPR licensed TokePortal.com provides enhanced investor protection, under the supervision of the ECSPR.

  • The investment is secured by the property ownership itself, the shares in the project company and, in addition, legal guarantees provided by the ECSPR.

  • With an investment of EUR150, you can become a co-owner of a property development company – with low risk, secured by real estate, and a predictable dividend.

Our Campaign Owner, Henrik Hambuch, has 28 years of project management experience in the real estate development sector. He has previously managed companies with an annual real estate development target of EUR 15 million. He has successfully managed and supervised the construction of residential projects with 40-205 residential units under individual contracts.
