The next session of our Fintech meetup series will be held from 18:00 to 21:00 on May 30th, hosted by Ergomania at Create 26. (Budapest, Király Street 26.)

 

As a member of MaFiSz, Ergomania specializes in the design of digital products and customer experience related to banking services. They differ from other design firms in that they specifically work only on banking customer experience. At their last event, Product Design Talks, they explored how AI is transforming the financial sector, with a particular focus on the possibilities of Voice Banking. Among their goals is also promoting their book “The Flavour Of Fintech,” which features insights from 52 fintech leaders across 15 countries.

At the May event, Balázs Tárkány-Kovács, the head of Ergománia Design, will give a presentation on how to use AI tools in financial planning. Following this, we will have a panel discussion led by Dr. András Rung, the founder of Ergománia, about how to use AI in digital design and to enhance the customer experience.

Join our meetup to learn, through specific stories and examples, how you can better integrate AI into your product offerings beyond just optimizing your background processes!

At the end of the meetup, socialize with the other participants over a drink or a sandwich. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with old colleagues or build new professional relationships!
