ECN’s objective is to support the new fintech financing form, the regulation of crowdfunding, the promotion of ethical and professional standards in Europe. ECN members represent a wide range of industry players, following different business models and strategies (reward, equity, loans or donation). ECN members include major international crowdfunding platforms such as Seedrs, CrowdCube or Funderbeam. ECN aims to provide its members with an appropriate framework for self-regulation, and as part of this, ECN has published guiding principles as a code of conduct for members and participants in the Crowdfunding industry, thus ensuring the transparency of business models and industry data.
