She has 15+ years experience of Corporate Communications, Public Affairs and Government Relations at a regional executive level in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with GE (1996-2015), a Fortune 50 company, and with the Hungarian government. An Honorary Professor at Budapest Business School, the leading business school of Hungary. Since 2016 a member of Krynica Economic Forum’s Program Council (Poland). A mentor at BME VMS powered by MITsince 2018. She is positive about Central Europe’s future as an emerging innovation hub in the digital era for the world if stakeholders co-created it (#CEEforInnovationHub). Zsolt graduated from University of Economic Sciences, Budapest on Finance and Corporate Evaluation Faculty in 1999. He started his professional career in Arthur Andersen, then in 2000 he joined to the Project Finance and Syndications Department of Raiffeisen Bank Hungary as a senior manager. He was promoted to be a department head in 2004. From 2007 Zsolt worked as Division Head of Corporate Banking and Project Finance of Hungarian Raiffeisen-group. Besides he was a member of the Board and Supervisory Board in some Raiffeisen affiliates.

From 2010 to 2015 he was the founding partner of a boutique advisory firm, Reconcept Ltd. It was specialized in resolution of special financial situations, such as reorganizations, liquidations and restructuring cases. Zsolt and his expert team successfully managed several corporate recovery cases in the mid-company segment, moreover they launched some innovative financial solutions to the Hungarian market practice.

First as an advisor, then as a senior director and a board member of a subsidiary Zsolt took part in Central Bank of Hungary’s corporate lending activization program between 2014 and 2016. From 2017 he is working as an independent real estate and corporate finance expert focusing on property development and investment markets.

As a lecturer or teacher Zsolt has been leading several banking and financial course in the past decade. From 2016 he is a PhD-student of University of Miskolc.
