Access to capital for start-ups has an important economic impact. However, these investments involve more risks than holding publicly tradeable instruments issued by mature large companies. As opposed to established or incumbent companies, the business model of start-ups is not mature, and most of them fail or cannot grow quickly enough. This is the risk that is to be taken by investors.

#LAUNCH A CAMPAIGN!
Prior to uploading your campaign, you should get in touch with us, so that we can help you create an attractive campaign and do the necessary validation. After the validation you can upload the documents, statements, your logo, a description of your team, your website and your social media sites. You can share your campaign with your teammates, acquaintances or even prospective investors prior to publishing it.
After launching your campaign, start communicating actively with your followers. Each campaign page includes an online forum, where the investors can raise their questions. Campaign Initiators will answer each question throughout the campaign.
#INVEST!
You need to create your Investor Profile in order to become eligible to indicate investment. Click on a selected campaign and review its details. Review the terms of investment and ask questions via the online forum. If you decide to make an investment, indicate the amount of your investment and whether you would like to invest anonymously. You have to wire 25% of your investment to the custodian’s account of the campaign within one day. After your payment arrives on the custodian’s account, it will show on the campaign page. You will receive all the necessary payment information via e-mail. Increase your chances to participate in a successful campaign by sharing your investment in social media. Campaign initiators might even reward this activity as they usually offer special rewards for those who invest early or for those who invest large sums. In case you change your mind before the end of the campaign, you can withdraw your indication. This process is detailed in the platform’s regulations. In case the campaign does not reach its Funding Target and therefore it is considered unsuccessful, your investment will be refunded.
