The purpose of pre-registration is for you to have an account by the time our first campaigns go live. You can get to know our campaigns way ahead of time. Campaign owners, fundraising goals, backstories, and many more! You can even try out the investment process!
The preregistration process on the Tokeportal
What you will need:
- copy of your personal identification document (ID card, driver’s licence or passport)
- copy of your proof of residence (or utility bill)
- selfie with your ID card
- copy of the first page of your securities account statement, which you can open at your bank or an investment provider (cannot be older than 30 days)
*You can also do this later. In this case you receive your investor status later.*

Step 1 - Registration
Submit your e-mail and a password, then activate your account through the link you receive via e-mail. Do not forget to check your spam folder too!
Or you can just log in with your LinkedIn account.
Step 2 – Profile
Log in to your account and fill out your profile.
Step 3 – Verification
Upload the required documents on the Identity
authentication page
Step 4 – Investor profile
Choose an investor profile, fill out our investor questionnaire and upload the extract of your securities account. If you register as a natural person and you are not a professional investor, please choose the everyday investor category.

Currently you can see what is known as “SAMPLE CAMPAIGNS” on this page. As the name Beta and Sample Campaigns indicate, this is the first available version of the Tőkeportal.
